Do I need a new router or special equipment?
No. GuestGate works with the Wi-Fi network and password your business already provides.
What does the guest do?
The guest scans your QR code, completes the mobile form, chooses the appropriate communication permissions, and receives the Wi-Fi password.
Who owns the customer data?
Your business owns and controls its customer list. GuestGate does not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Optional services are used only with business authorization and according to the customer's communication permissions.
Are guests prompted to leave a review?
Yes. Every completed GuestGate sign-in displays a review prompt. The guest may then be directed to the additional links selected by the business.
Do I need a CRM?
No. You can retain CSV export and use Google Sheets. Supported CRM and connection options can be added based on your business needs.
Is marketing consent required to receive Wi-Fi?
No. Marketing and SMS permissions are requested separately and are not required merely to receive Wi-Fi access.
