Terms of Service

The service. GuestGate™ provides a hosted guest Wi-Fi password page, QR codes, a business portal, and delivery of guest leads to destinations the business configures. GuestGate does not provide internet service, does not change routers or Wi-Fi hardware, and does not increase bandwidth.

Membership & billing. GuestGate™ Founding Business Membership is $49.95 USD per month, billed by Stripe through our published payment link. Approved Founding Businesses may receive complimentary membership under the founding offer. You can cancel any time from the portal or the Stripe billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices for new terms may change with notice.

Your responsibilities. Provide accurate business details; only upload logos and content you have rights to; use guest data lawfully, including honoring your guests' consent choices and unsubscribes; keep your account credentials confidential; no unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use.

Guest data. As between you and GuestGate, you own your guest list. We store it for you, deliver it only to destinations you configure with your own credentials, and never use it for GuestGate marketing.

Testimonials. Publication of your name, business, or logo happens only with the permission setting you control in onboarding/portal, and with your approval of final wording.

Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or particular results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestGate's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination. You may cancel any time. We may suspend or end accounts for breach, abuse, or non-payment, with export of your own data available on request. Governing law: New York, USA. Contact: our Contact Us page.
